Each Catapult Health Nurse Practitioner is trained to approach patient care in precisely this manner. With real-time diagnostic lab results in hand, an action plan is discussed, agreed to and implemented, on-the-spot.

Our Board-certified Nurse Practitioners review findings with each participant and craft a treatment plan. This “teachable moment” allows our Nurse Practitioner to educate participants about their risk factors while developing their health improvement action plan. Immediately following each checkup, Catapult securely transmits each patient’s data to their primary care physician via secure EFax. And for those who don’t have a primary care provider, Catapult helps find and secure an in-network provider.
