OVERVIEW

The General Services Administration (GSA) has partnered with the U.S. Office of Personnel Management (OPM) to develop the HCaTS contract vehicle. HCaTS is a government-wide, multiple-award, indefinite- delivery-indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract vehicle that is designated as a Best-in-Class solution for human capital strategy, organizational performance improvement, and customized training services.
